Work From Home

We are seeking a Work from Home – Customer Service to join our team! This is NOT a sales job. We provide customer support for a variety of national companies.
•    Disney
•    Airbnb
•    Sears
•    Barnes and Nobles
•    eBay
•    and many more.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

 

Responsibilities:
           •    Handle customer inquiries and complaints
           •    Provide information about the products and services
           •    Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
           •    Document and update customer records based on interactions
           •    Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
           •    Positive and professional demeanor
           •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
           •    Able to pass required Background check
           •    Some opportunities require drug screen
           •    Must have computer and cable internet (no DSL/Satellite/Mobile)
           •    Must have a landline or phone via cable internet (no VoIP or mobile)
A min. of 15 hours/week is required for most clients.
